Posture

Posture is becoming increasingly important as a consequence of the technological dominant lifestyle we now all enjoy in which we are all instantly contactable on mobiles, smart phones and tablets.

Whilst this technology is tremendous, and used by me daily, the postures which we often adapt during their use can influence the mechanical stress on the spine, the workload on our muscular system and that of the ligamentous structures. Minimising such stress may help to reduce mechanical issues.
